Releases

Last week brought us release of Deno v0.3.1.

Important changes:

• New low-level Rust API (#1827)
• Add import.meta.main (#1835)
• Upgrade V8 to 7.4.238 (#1849)

You should keep close eye on new Rust API as initial tests show radical speed improvements (red and orange trends).
